Cardio Tennis is

Heart Pumping Fitness.
It is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout.

The program includes a short dynamic warm-up, a drill-based

workout, live ball drills, and a cool-down phase.


Each phase has drills specifically designed to be fun, challenging,

and invigorating.


You will hit forehands, backhands, volleys, etc. You will improve as a tennis player by hitting a lot of tennis balls.


But remember, Cardio Tennis first and foremost is a full body

workout to music. You can burn more calories than playing

singles or doubles.
